01 // HOW IT WORKS

From signal to CME
in three governed steps.

STEP 01 — CONNECT

Plug in your signal sources

TradingView webhooks, Collective2, Telegram, CTA feeds — normalized into one executable stream. Your strategy stays yours; GIDEON never generates signals.

STEP 02 — GOVERN

Every order passes the risk gate

Position limits, loss floors, and a four-tier kill switch (Pause → Reduce → Flatten → Emergency Stop) are enforced in code, pre-trade — modeled on SEC Rule 15c3-5.

STEP 03 — EXECUTE

Route to CME, fully audited

Sub-second routing via certified APIs (Rithmic, CQG, TT) to CME Globex. Every acknowledgment, fill, and cancel is sealed into a 7-year immutable audit trail.

YOU KEEP YOUR BROKER. YOU KEEP YOUR STRATEGY. YOU KEEP YOUR DATA.

02 // PLATFORM

Precision scales. Noise doesn't.

GIDEON is neutral middleware — the disciplined execution layer between your decisions and the exchange. It does not compete with your strategy, does not replace your broker, and does not touch your funds. Built as infrastructure, not as competition.

✓ GIDEON IS
  • Neutral execution middleware between signal sources and CME Group venues
  • Compliant order routing via certified APIs — Rithmic, CQG, TT
  • An audit trail meeting NFA/CFTC recordkeeping standards
  • Pre-trade risk controls: position limits, loss floors, multi-level kill switches
  • Participant-owned data — CSV / JSON / SQL export, no lock-in
  • 7-year immutable log retention
✕ GIDEON IS NOT
  • An advisor or fund manager
  • A counterparty to any trade
  • A custodian of client funds
  • A lock-in platform or a retail trading app
  • A replacement for your broker, CTA, or compliance officer
  • A signal generator

06 // QUESTIONS DESKS ASK

Before you commit.

Does GIDEON generate signals or give advice?
No — by design and by policy. GIDEON is neutral middleware: it executes and governs what your strategy or signal providers decide. This neutrality is what keeps your regulatory posture clean.
Does GIDEON hold my funds or sit between me and my broker?
Never. Your funds stay at your FCM; your broker relationship stays yours. GIDEON routes orders through certified APIs (Rithmic, CQG, TT) and records everything — it is not a counterparty to any trade.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You take it with you. CSV, JSON, and SQL export at any time, including the full 7-year audit log. Zero lock-in is a design principle, not a promise.
Is the stack actually certified on CME?
Yes — the execution stack is certified on CME iLink (order entry) and CME MDP (market data), operating on live CME Group infrastructure with licensed data across CBOT, CME, COMEX, and NYMEX.
What does the kill switch actually do?
Four escalating tiers, enforced in code: Pause (stop new signals), Reduce (risk-reducing orders only), Flatten (orderly liquidation to flat), Emergency Stop (sever connectivity). Triggers are automatic; actions are pre-decided — modeled on SEC Rule 15c3-5.
